Job summary

JourneyTeam in Draper, Utah is seeking a Security Administrator to provide strong internal IT support, strengthen security, and maintain a reliable, scalable technology environment for colleagues. This role focuses on practical, well-documented operations and collaboration across teams.

You will handle identity and access management, device security, and onboarding/offboarding, while maintaining Teams Rooms and office technology systems.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented approach to internal support and security.
• Clear communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to work on-site in Draper, Utah on a regular basis.
• 1–3 years in IT support, systems administration, help desk, or related role.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments and Windows devices.

Responsibilities

• Security & Identity Management: user provisioning, MFA, SSO, access reviews; follow standards; assist with compliance evidence.
• Internal IT Support: respond to hardware/software issues, manage service requests, assist with productivity tools.
• Device, Infrastructure & Office Tech: manage devices, onboarding/offboarding tasks, maintain Intune compliance, support Teams Rooms and office networking.
