• Familiarity with SSO platforms like Okta or Ping.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational contact for IAM and cloud security requests from engineering, product, and business teams.
• Implement and provision secure access controls across multi-cloud environments following least privilege.
• Manage IAM ticketing queue (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and resolve access issues.
• Monitor IAM logs, identify access anomalies, and conduct regular access reviews.
• Document SOPs and identify opportunities to automate recurring requests.
• Assist in responding to identity-related security alerts or incidents.
