Job summary

CBX Solutions in Durham, NC is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee the technical integration of security solutions and coordinate on-site installations with internal teams and contractors.

You will develop detailed drawings and submittals, support pre-sales and post-install activities, and ensure all security systems from Genetec to Milestone are properly installed and commissioned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs frequently.
• Experience using software driven technologies to support installation teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees technical integration of security solutions installed by internal/contractor teams.
• Provides on-site support when required due to field installation challenges.
• Produces detailed drawings and product submittals for general contractor review.
• Post installation as built drawings.
• Coordinates with project management on scheduling conflicts and technical issues.
• Collaborates with Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Engineering to meet customer goals.
