Job summary

i2G Systems seeks a Lead Technician to manage site installations of security solutions for new and existing clients. You will work with internal and external teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success, train replacements, and support the transition to project management.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years of physical/electronic security experience, knowledge of Lenel/Genetec, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of physical/electronic security experience.
• Strong knowledge of access control systems and on-site installation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow and track project scheduling.
• Direct subcontractor and internal resource communications.
• Coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
• Read and understand specifications and drawings; maintain documentation.
• Perform installation and training on control systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain security systems for clients.
• Coordinate activities with internal and external teams.
• Document and communicate project changes and implement them.
• Complete final Test and Acceptance of security systems.
