M. C. Dean is seeking a Project Leader to join our Security and Electronic Systems business unit. You will be responsible for managing electrical construction projects and leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion and profitability.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, oversee project documentation, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in a relevant field, or 5+ years with a MS degree.
• Extensive Project Management experience managing multiple teams.
• Experience with diverse groups including Fire Alarm, Security, and AV.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project documentation and field office support.
• Develop CPM schedule and manage project kick-off meetings.
• Monitor project progress and financial management.
