Job summary

M.C. Dean in the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit seeks a Project Leader 2 to oversee design, integration, and sustainment of electronic security solutions across facilities nationwide.

You will lead teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining customer relationships and compliance with contract requirements. The role requires fifteen years in electronic security, five years handling large federal or commercial contracts, and strong skills

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years in electronic security systems design, install, integration, testing and sustainment.
• Five+ years leading nationwide/global government, industrial, or hyperscaler contracts.
• BS in a technical field (or MS/MA); experience with contract drawings, specs, change orders, RFIs, submittals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation and sustainment of electronic security systems at multiple sites.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and SLAs for sustainment programs.
• Lead site or regional sustainment managers and interface with customers.
• Prepare proposals, change orders, and cash flow plans.
• Ensure documentation, as-builts, and project handover.
