Job summary
Safe Haven Security Services, LLC invites applications for an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems. You will work on-site with customers to ensure proper functioning and peace of mind.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with security alarm systems or home automation is a plus.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Responsibilities
- Install security alarm systems including panels, sensors, cameras.
- Provide sales consultations to identify customer needs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot security systems, identifying root causes.
- Test installed systems and perform adjustments.
- Educate customers on system usage and operation.
- Complete installation reports, service tickets, and inventory records.
