Safe Haven Security is hiring an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems. You will ensure proper functioning and performance while delivering peace of mind to customers.

Responsibilities include installing panels and sensors, engaging with customers for security needs, diagnosing issues, testing systems, and documenting all work. The role emphasizes safety, communication, and ongoing knowledge of industry standards.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to obtain basic tools and operate them safely.
• Experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining security alarm systems (control panels, sensors, cameras).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
• Ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Install security alarm systems including panels, sensors, cameras, and related equipment.
• Engage in sales consultations to understand customer needs and propose security solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to restore functionality.
• Test installed systems and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Educate customers on system use and features.
• Complete installation reports, service tickets, and inventory records.
