Job summary

Safe Haven Security is seeking an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems, ensuring optimal performance for customers. You will engage in sales consultations, assess customer needs, and provide solutions that deliver peace of mind.

The role requires physical capability for ladder work and driving between sites, with ongoing training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining security alarm systems (control panels, sensors, cameras).
• Excellent interpersonal skills for customer interaction and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Install security alarm systems and related equipment.
• Conduct sales consultations to recommend security solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and implement fixes.
• Test installed systems and perform necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Educate customers on system operation and features.
• Complete installation reports, service tickets, and inventory records.
