Job summary

LA28 seeks a Senior Manager, Security Infrastructure & Technology to lead the design and implementation of venue security infrastructure, including fencing, barriers, CCTV, and access control, across venues for the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The role requires coordinating with safety teams, venue partners, and public safety agencies to ensure integrated security plans and compliant operations. Onsite work in Downtown Los Angeles is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in a fast-paced safety/security role.
• Experience in venue security infrastructure specification and design.
• Strong construction and project management experience.
• Proven success in cross-functional security planning and collaboration.
• Experience in major league sporting stadiums is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Integration: develop comprehensive Venue Security Infrastructure plans with internal teams and external partners.
• Risk Management & Compliance: identify vulnerabilities and oversee mitigation and regulatory adherence.
• Operational Coordination: oversee LA28 Security Operations Plans at assigned venues and maintain policy compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: liaise with LA28 functions, delivery partners, and public safety agencies.
• Project Management: chair planning meetings, track milestones, and document policies.
