Job summary

LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games seeks a Senior Manager, Security Infrastructure & Technology to lead the planning and implementation of venue security infrastructure, including fencing, surveillance, access control, and screening equipment. You will coordinate with internal teams, partners, and public safety agencies to ensure secure, efficient operations for the 2028 Games.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and project management skills, capable of collaboration

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, multi-venue safety/security position.
• Experience in Venue Security Infrastructure specification and design.
• Strong construction management and project management experience.
• Proven success in cross functional security planning and collaboration.
• Experience working in major league sporting stadiums is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Integration with LA28 teams and external partners to develop venue security infrastructure plans.
• Risk Management & Compliance ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices.
• Operational Coordination delivering LA28 Security Operations Plans at venues during Games.
• Stakeholder Engagement as liaison with government/public safety agencies and partners.
• Project Management including planning meetings, notes, and policy documents.
