Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant to partner with Sales and address complex security, identity, access, asset visibility, exposure management, and risk challenges. You will serve as a trusted advisor, leading discovery, solution design, demos, POVs, and customer validation with stakeholders across security, IT, and risk teams.

The ideal candidate has strong cybersecurity knowledge, enterprise networking experience, and exceptional communication skills to support large-scale enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering or related role.
• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles on complex cybersecurity or SaaS sales.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, identity & access, governance & risk.
• Solid knowledge of enterprise networking: routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, DNS, NAT.
• Ability to explain security platforms in customer network environments and demos.
• BS degree in CS, MIS, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and customer validation with Sales.
• Deliver compelling virtual and in-person product demonstrations.
• Support POVs, POCs, and proof-of-value engagements.
• Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
• Engage with executives, practitioners, and buyers to progress deals.
• Create customer-facing documentation and technical summaries.
