Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant to partner with Sales and help enterprise customers address complex security, identity, access, asset visibility, exposure management, and risk challenges. You will serve as a trusted technical and business advisor, leading discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, POVs, and customer validation with security, IT, risk, and executive stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong cybersecurity knowledge, practical enterprise networking

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting or related technical role.
• 5+ years customer-facing technical/pre-sales experience.
• Experience supporting complex cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong cybersecurity concepts, identity and access, governance and risk.
• Strong enterprise networking knowledge: routing, switching, VLANs, subnets, firewalls, DNS, NAT, segmentation.
• Familiarity with network traffic capture (SPAN, port mirroring, TAPs, NetFlow).
• Ability to map security capabilities to customer networks for demos/POCs and POVs.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to engage with technical and executive stakeholders and drive technical wins.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and customer validation with Sales.
• Deliver virtual and in-person technical demos.
• Deploy and support POVs and POCs to prove value.
• Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
• Advise during evaluations, competitive scenarios, and executive discussions.
• Create customer-facing documentation and solution narratives.
• Lead technical training sessions on customer use cases.
• Support marketing events, conferences, webinars, and speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, CS, and Support teams; travel 25–50%.
