Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Security Guest Service Manager for Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa, on Oahu. The role leads Security Hosts and oversees daily operations to ensure safety, guest service, and brand protection across the resort environment.

As a salaried leader, you will mentor teams, handle investigations, enforce policies, and coordinate with HR and Security leadership to maintain a high-standard service culture while protecting people and assets.

Qualifications

• State of Hawaii, Security Guard License required and in good standing.
• 5+ years of security and/or life safety management experience in hospitality, resort, or related environment.
• 1+ years in a people-leadership or management role.
• Strong leadership judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Exceptional people-management skills and ability to foster a diverse, trusting culture.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to mentor frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day strategic and tactical leadership of security and life safety operations.
• Conduct investigations and prepare reports on injuries, crimes, incidents; coordinate with agencies.
• Protect sensitive information and apply confidentiality principles.
• Enforce safety regulations, asset protection, and loss prevention.
• Understand business operations to identify safety improvements and risk reduction.
• Direct staff direction, staffing plans, and resource allocation to meet goals.
• Coach Cast Members and leaders, provide feedback, and manage performance.
