Job summary

Disney Cruise Line - The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Security Guest Service Manager for Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii. This salaried role leads security and life-safety operations on site, guiding a team of Security Hosts and collaborating with leaders to ensure a safe, guest-driven resort experience.

You will oversee investigations, enforce safety policies, and mentor staff while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of guest service.

Qualifications

• Hawaii Security Guard license current and valid, in good standing.
• 5+ years security/life safety management in hospitality or resort environments, with 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Strong judgment, decision-making and leadership skills.
• Confidentiality and need-to-know principles in handling sensitive information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence and mentor frontline teams.
• Experience interacting with law enforcement and knowledge of relevant statutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day strategic and tactical leadership for security and life safety operations.
• Conduct investigations and file detailed reports on injuries, crimes, policy violations, and other incidents; coordinate with authorities as needed.
• Protect sensitive information and enforce safety policies and asset protection measures.
• Lead culture of safety, guest service, and brand protection; supervise Security Hosts and leaders.
• Plan staffing and resources; coach Cast Members and leaders; manage performance and conduct.
• Collaborate across departments to coordinate security support for events and resort operations.
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence and maintain professional boundaries; communicate with care and accountability.
