Job summary

Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii seeks a Security Guest Service Manager to lead security and life safety operations onsite. As a salaried leader, you will supervise Security Hosts, set priorities, and coordinate with other leaders to deliver a safe, welcoming resort experience for Guests and Cast Members.

You will mentor teams, manage performance and conduct, and make timely decisions within your authority while upholding Disney standards and guest service excellence across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Hawaii Security Guard License current and in good standing.
• 5+ years security and life-safety experience in hospitality with leadership.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership in security and life-safety operations.
• Lead investigations and prepare detailed incident reports involving guests and staff.
• Protect sensitive information and enforce confidentiality and need-to-know.
• Collaborate with leaders to support resort operations, events, and guest services.
• Develop a strong safety culture and coach Cast Members to high performance.
