Job summary
The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Merchandise Cast Member for Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa in Hawaii. You will assist in daily operations across Kālepa's Store, Hale Manu, The Lava Shack, and other merchandise carts, delivering a magical guest experience with strong product knowledge.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling transactions at POS, and supporting stock and event setups. Full-time availability seven days a week is required, with a pay rate of $29.17 per hour in
Qualifications
- Follow Open/Close procedures for cashiering role, including counting out and balancing funds.
- Follow proper cash handling procedures and loss prevention guidelines.
- May also be asked to work in specialized areas with additional training.
Responsibilities
- Enhance guest experience through strong product awareness and proactive selling.
- Greet guests, provide directions, event schedules, samples, and information.
- Process merchandise transactions following proper POS procedures.
- Share pin trading knowledge, embroider names on hats, and engrave names on leather items.
- Deliver groceries to guest rooms and support stock operations.
- Unload and prepare stock to floor-ready visual standards and maintain zones.
