Qualifications

• State of Hawaii Security Guard license required with current status visible publicly.
• 5+ years in security and/or life safety management in hospitality, resort, or related setting.
• Experience leading teams and handling sensitive investigations and operations.
• Discretion, confidentiality, and strong communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Office suite and ability to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day strategic and tactical leadership in security and life safety operations.
• Lead investigations and report injuries, crimes, and policy violations.
• Protect sensitive information and enforce confidentiality policies.
• Coordinate with HR, Security leadership, and other partners as needed.
• Develop staffing plans and resource allocation to deliver guest-focused security.
