Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol First Aid Support in Jeffersonville, IN. You will protect clients across tech/media/telecom sectors, maintain a visible presence, and provide exceptional customer service while following established procedures.

Position is full time with a schedule that includes day shifts. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred; must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check and drug screen.

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol First Aid Support in Jeffersonville, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and following Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
