Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Inspection Patrol in Jeffersonville, IN. You will conduct patrols, deter incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver excellent customer service at a tech-focused site.

Fortify security with routine checks, monitor access, and document incidents while adhering to site procedures. Background checks and a drug screen may be required where allowed by law.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted in line with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, facility concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.63 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
