Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Guard (Unarmed) in Coppell, TX. You will patrol and safeguard a financial institution, maintain a visible presence, and provide exceptional service. Flexible day/evening shifts are available, with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior/exterior areas, access points, parking facilities, and perimeter.
• Monitor location access and verify visitor credentials per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and escalate when needed.
• Support a professional environment by reporting policy violations or maintenance concerns.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, access points, parking facilities, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as directed.
• Support a professional environment by observing activity, reporting policy violations or maintenance concerns, and following Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
