Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Part Time Unarmed Patrol Assistant in Coppell, TX to safeguard clients across financial institutions and more. The role offers flexible scheduling via our Claim a Shift platform and focuses on a visible security presence and customer service.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor assigned areas, respond to incidents with professionalism, and support a welcoming environment while adhering to site procedures.

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, access points, parking facilities, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as directed.
• Support a professional environment by observing activity, reporting policy violations or maintenance concerns, and following Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Job Schedule:

DayTime Wed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
