Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws; valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and efficiently following healthcare protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters.

• Document incidents and patrols accurately and report concerns to appropriate personnel.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Monitoring in Greensburg, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare facility protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, directions, and access-related requests in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and report concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
