As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol First Aid in CHERRY HILL, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

• Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare location protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as required, and report unusual conditions or access issues to site leadership.
• Complete accurate reports and maintain communication with Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives regarding incidents, observations, and shift activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
