Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Vehicle Patrol in Naperville, IL. You will patrol hotel and resort locations, drive routes, monitor areas, and maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents while delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, conducting patrols, monitoring access points, and reporting observations. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license; prior access control

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• Monitor access to designated areas, report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns, and document incidents and observations according to site procedures.
• Support a welcoming hospitality environment while assisting with security-related requests from guests, staff, and management.

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Vehicle Patrol in Naperville, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional at a hotel and resort location, you will drive patrol routes, monitor assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to guests and staff while reporting security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
