Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard - Driver Patrol in Gibsonton, FL. You will perform unarmed patrols, provide excellent customer service, and help deter incidents through a visible security presence at a retail location.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a background check, and adherence to site procedures. This full-time position offers a daytime schedule and opportunities for career growth within Allied Universal.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, receiving areas, and perimeter; identify and report hazards and policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and follow site procedures.
• Monitor access points, support loss prevention, report suspicious activity and incidents to site contacts and leadership.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation promptly.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine driving patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and employees. What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to retail customers, associates, and visitors while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, receiving areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points, support loss-prevention efforts, and report suspicious activity, unauthorized access, and incidents to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
