Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard – Driver Patrol in Gibsonton, FL to safeguard clients across Retail/Malls and similar environments. You will perform routine driving patrols, maintain a visible security presence, and deliver excellent customer service while following site procedures.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and successful background and drug screening in accordance with laws.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to store customers, associates and visitors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the store, parking areas and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity per site contacts.
• Complete accurate incident reports and logs in a timely manner.

• Monitor access points, support loss-prevention efforts, and report suspicious activity, unauthorized access, and incidents to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation in a timely manner.

Security Guard - Driver Patrol

As a Security Guard - Driver Patrol in Gibsonton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine driving patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and employees. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 01:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri 01:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat 01:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
