Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and access issues calmly, following site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of loading areas, shipping/receiving zones, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization, deter unauthorized entry or suspicious activity.
• Document observations and patrol activity and communicate information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, package-related concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, employee entrances, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site policies, and help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
