Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries per site policies.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities and communicate information to site leadership.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in the job state. What You'll Do:

• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
