Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Framingham, MA. This flexible role provides reliable hours at an assigned site with opportunities to pick up extra shifts and grow with the industry leader.

Earn a fixed hourly rate and participate in our shift-based system, designed to help you supplement income while gaining hands-on security experience. Relocation and full-time opportunities may follow from performance and company needs.

• Background check and drug screening per law.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures per site policy.
• Monitor and coordinate dispatch communications and document calls for service.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and shift activity records for the location.
• Support regular and random patrol coverage with varying environments by site.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Dispatch Driver in Framingham, MA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $21.63 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and coordinate dispatch communications, document calls for service, and relay pertinent information to on‑site personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift activity records for the retail location.
• Support regular and random patrol coverage of the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss Prevention is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
