Job summary

Asbury Solomons in Solomons, MD is seeking a PRN/Per Diem Security Officer to patrol the campus and ensure resident safety. You will respond to emergencies, lock and unlock doors, and coordinate with local emergency services as needed.

The role requires a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license, and First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications. Flexibility with varied shifts and every other weekend/holiday work is expected. Compensation is $17.50 per hour with benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Routinely makes vehicle and foot patrols of entire campus.
• Immediately responds to resident, associate, and building emergencies, acting as a liaison for emergency services.
• Proactively addresses safety and security issues.
• Locks and unlocks appropriate doors at scheduled times.
• Operates assigned vehicle in a safe and professional manner at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
