Job summary

Asbury Solomons, a 40-bed waterfront facility in Maryland, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for part-time night shifts. You will provide individualized care that meets residents’ physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs.

Responsibilities include obtaining and transcribing orders, notifying the physician of changes, supervising CNAs and LPNs, completing admissions paperwork, and administering medications as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in medical/surgical, rehab, or geriatrics nursing.
• Current Maryland Registered Nurse License.
• Current CPR Certification.

• Obtains and transcribes all written and telephone orders promptly ensuring telephone order forms are complete.

• Completes all new admissions paperwork timely, including nursing assessment.
• Prepares and administers medications and treatments as needed.
