Job summary

Asbury Grace Park is a care community seeking a dedicated resident assistant to support residents with daily activities in a warm, people‑driven setting.

This full-time/part-time role offers $15/hour plus shift differentials, with 3pm–11pm or 11pm–7:30am shifts and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No healthcare experience required - willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments, activities, and social programs.
• Checks residents' vital signs, measures weight and height, and records data; reports variances to the Charge Nurse.
• Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs; monitors those unable to call for help.
• Assists residents to walk with or without self-help devices.
