Job summary

Latent is building the intelligence layer of American healthcare. We seek a Security generalist to define, lead, and execute security roadmaps across Cloud, AI, Data, and IT security, delivering secure-by-default systems for faster care and reduced operational burden.

You’ll work on automating security workflows, collaborating with developers, and shaping the next generation of Latent’s security posture in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Cloud Security: Harden Latent’s cloud environment to a secure-by-default stance.
• AI Security: Secure access to AI tools and ensure compliance.
• Data Security: Protect patient data and data warehouse without sacrificing insights.
• Application Security: Automate SDLC security and define requirements for new features.
• IT Security: Secure devices, provisioning, and access controls for employees.
• Incident Detection and Response: Build detections and improve MDR incident handling.
