Job summary

Latent is seeking a Clinical Informatics Specialist embedded in the Engineering, Product, and Data organization. You will lead data generation, annotation, and evaluation to improve AI models and act as a clinical SME informing feature development and workflows.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure pharmacy practice is reflected in Latent’s tools while upholding safety and accuracy standards.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician with formal training or certification.
• Experience with medications, prescriptions, drug interactions, and pharmacy workflows.
• Strong clinical judgment with attention to accuracy, safety, and clarity.
• Ability to translate real-world clinical scenarios into structured data or feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-clinical teammates.
• Comfort collaborating with product, engineering, and data science teams.
• Passionate about healthcare access.

• Generate and curate high-quality training data from real-world pharmacy scenarios.
