Job summary

Westgate Resorts is seeking a Security Field Training Officer at our Las Vegas property to train and supervise newly hired Security Officers, while supporting the Security Training Manager in ongoing training and records management.

The FTO will also perform security officer duties when not actively training and must uphold Westgate's standards and policies across all training activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months of security experience on Westgate Las Vegas property or casino experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training to develop newly hired Security team members.
• Assist in continuous training of all security team members.
• Maintain Individual Training Records and submit documentation.
• Record training hours using clock-in/clock-out procedures and report hours.
• Enforce Security Policies and Procedures.
• Assess trainee performance and provide remedial training when needed.
• Serve as a role model and lead by example for trainees.
• Perform duties as a Security Officer when not assigned to training duties.
