Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Security Field Training Officer to train newly hired officers and supervise during onboarding. The FTO also assists the Security Training Manager in ongoing program delivery and training records management.
The FTO will conduct 30-, 60-, and 80-day assessments, provide remedial training, ensure appearance and policy compliance, and perform duties as a Security Officer when not training.

The Security Field Training Officer (FTO) will function as the trainer for all newly hired Security Officers and will serve as the immediate supervisor during training. The Field Training Officer will also assist the Security Training Manager in continuous training of all security team members, assists with Training Records Management and the enforcement of security policies and procedures. The Field Training Officer is assigned duties as a Security Officer when not actively training.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language clearly to ascertain and document important information, to follow written and/or verbal instructions, to provide clear direction/guidance, and to communicate with others.
At least three months of security experience on Westgate Las Vegas property or Casino experience.
