Qualifications

• Valid Arkansas Driver's License.
• Good driving record.
• No criminal record.
• Able to meet the state qualifications to obtain and maintain a security credential.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must not use any nicotine or tobacco products in any form.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Been a member of the Baptist Health Security department for a minimum of 1 year.
• Demonstrates an advanced knowledge of security post orders and policies as well as BH rules, regulations, and procedures
• Consistently completed required training to include state mandated training, defensive tactics, MOAB, Oleorsin Capsicum, MRI safety, restraints, PPE, CPR, and signed off on all officer posts for the campus assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training for SOIs to reach competency for advancement.
• Respond to all types of emergency alarms per BH policies and procedures.
• May run Shift Leader duties as Relief Shift Leader when needed.
