Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Security Officer to patrol designated areas, respond to emergencies, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members. You will uphold brand standards and act as a first responder during incidents, assisting guests, vendors, and colleagues.

The role requires passing a physical agility test, training academy, and certifications such as CPR/AED. You will handle incident reports, monitor security equipment, and support evacuation procedures

Qualifications

• Able to pass physical agility tests (pre-hire and biannual).
• Capable of handling emergencies and stressful situations.
• Must complete Security Officer Training Academy and mandatory trainings (defensive tactics, CPR/AED).
• Must pass a drug test and obtain required licenses.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and security software.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service with awareness of safety and security.
• Follow brand standards when interacting with guests and staff.
• Serve as first responder in emergencies and incidents.
• Know facility, events, and layout to assist guests and team members.
• Assist with currency drops and casino floor operations.
• Gather, document, and report security incidents and statements.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and statements.
• Maintain all required licenses and certifications.
• Utilize personal device for job-related tasks and company documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
