Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Training Officer (FTO) to serve as the primary training resource for a datacenter campus or metro location. You will train and certify new security personnel, coordinating with Administrative Officers on on-the-job tasks as needed.

You will work with campus leadership, the PMO training team, and regional programs to develop site plans and onboarding schedules, while tracking training completion to uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; 2+ years in security and/or business management preferred.
• Experience in data centers and training development is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
• Reliable communication and transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and sustainment training for security personnel.
• Train and certify new security staff and track training completion.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules with site and field leaders.
• Conduct recurring training audits and provide feedback to leadership.
• Identify training gaps and collaborate on safety initiatives.
