Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and ensure quality standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and orientate post orders.
• Respond to call-offs during shifts and assist with scheduling changes at the site.
• Identify and report personnel issues to management; may assist with investigations.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain signed acknowledgments as needed.
• Respond to client or site emergencies with proper communication to management.
