AP Professional Security, LLC in the Myrtle Beach–Conway, SC area is seeking a Security Field Supervisor / Account Manager to supervise field officers and oversee client accounts. This full-time, field-based role combines hands-on supervision with daily account oversight, requiring clear communication, reliability, and the ability to resolve issues while keeping operations on track.

• Experience in security operations or field supervision.
• Strong judgment, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to write clear reports and use mobile reporting and scheduling tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to meet applicable South Carolina security licensing requirements.
• Flexibility to respond to operational needs outside regular business hours.
• Supervisory experience and experience managing multiple client sites are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Visit assigned sites, inspect officer performance, and verify that post orders and client requirements are being followed.
• Coach officers, address performance concerns, and assist with training and onboarding.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, respond to concerns, and follow through on service requests.
• Help coordinate staffing and coverage, including responding to callouts and urgent site needs.
• Review incident reports and daily activity reports for accuracy and timely completion.
• Document site visits, client communications, and corrective actions.
• Respond to incidents and work with company leadership, clients, and emergency responders as needed.
