Responsibilities

Own and execute Slack Security program across Platform Defense, Product Security, IAM, and incident response.
Lead a globally distributed security engineering organization and mentor senior leaders.
Serve as Incident Commander for critical security incidents with strategic guidance to executives.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to elevate Slack Security.
Benchmark Slack's posture against peers and drive a world-class security program.
Foster security-minded culture across the engineering organization through training and tooling.
