Job summary

Arm is seeking a senior security leader to define and drive the strategic security roadmap for Secure Engineering Enablement across IP and Silicon businesses in the United States. You will partner with engineering, product security, IT, legal, and commercial teams to protect critical IP while enabling fast, secure delivery.

You will translate emerging threats and regulatory expectations into priorities, establish governance and metrics, and Champion innovative secure engineering practices,

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Enterprise Security within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong enterprise security architecture background with roadmaps and assurance approaches.
• Proven ability to lead strategic projects and influence cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of architecture, IAM, data protection, cloud/infrastructure security and security operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategic roadmap for Secure Engineering Enablement across Arm's IP and Silicon businesses.
• Act as trusted security partner for engineering teams, guiding design, development, manufacturing, tooling and data flows.
• Drive security-by-design adoption across engineering infrastructure with risk-informed decisions.
• Provide guidance on IP protection, silicon environments, EDA/tooling ecosystems and data protection.
