Job summary

Arm Limited is seeking a senior security leader to coordinate strategic security initiatives across Arm’s IP and Silicon engineering ecosystems. You will partner with engineering, product security, IT, legal, and commercial teams to safeguard Arm’s valuable IP while enabling rapid, secure delivery.

Responsibilities include developing roadmaps, guiding security-by-design practices, and delivering governance with measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Enterprise Security teams within the semiconductor industry, with understanding of IP development, silicon lifecycles and high-value technology protection.
• Strong enterprise security architecture background with experience building principles, patterns and roadmaps in complex environments.
• Proven ability to lead strategic projects, collaborate effectively and drive improvements in processes, policies and capabilities.
• Deep understanding of enterprise security domains including architecture, GRC, IAM, data protection, secure development, cloud security, third-party risk and security operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to explain complex security issues to senior technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong customer management skills influencing engineering, product, legal, procurement, commercial and executive teams.
• Awareness of semiconductor supply chain security including third-party collaboration, data sharing and IP protection.
• Commercial awareness balancing risk, delivery, cost, user experience and engineering efficiency.
• Experience developing people, role-modeling high standards and fostering trust and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the strategic roadmap for Secure Engineering Enablement across Arm’s IP and Silicon businesses.
• Act as a trusted Enterprise Security partner for engineering teams and provide guidance across design, development, manufacturing, tooling, infrastructure and data flows.
• Drive security-by-design adoption across engineering infrastructure with controls, guardrails and risk-informed decisions.
• Provide expert guidance on IP protection, silicon environments, EDA/tooling ecosystems and secure collaboration models.
• Translate threats, regulatory expectations and customer requirements into priorities, improvements and guidance.
• Build security strategies/roadmaps and advise on Security Architecture designs across IP and Silicon IT environments.
• Create governance, metrics and reporting to demonstrate delivery performance and security effectiveness.
• Champion innovation in secure engineering, including automation, data insight and AI-enabled tooling.
• Help engineering move faster with clear security principles and pragmatic controls.
