Qualifications

• Significant experience in Enterprise Security within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong enterprise security architecture background with roadmaps and assurance approaches.
• Proven ability to lead strategic projects and influence across teams.
• Deep understanding of architecture, GRC, IAM, data protection, cloud/infrastructure security, third-party risk and security operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for senior technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong customer management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Awareness of semiconductor supply chain security considerations including IP protection.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the strategic roadmap for Secure Engineering Enablement across Arm's IP and Silicon businesses.
• Act as a trusted Enterprise Security partner for engineering teams.
• Drive security-by-design adoption across engineering infrastructure.
• Provide guidance on IP protection, silicon environments and data protection.
• Translate threats and regulatory expectations into priorities and measurable guidance.
• Create governance, metrics and reporting to show delivery and security improvements.
• Champion innovation using automation, data insight and AI-enabled tooling.
• Help engineering move faster with clear security principles and controls.
