Nippon Dynawave Packaging Company in Longview, WA seeks a Security & Emergency Preparedness Manager to lead the site's security program, emergency systems, crisis planning, and investigations. You will coordinate with Coast Guard, law enforcement, and operations to strengthen readiness and protect people and assets.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in industrial security or emergency management, experience with MTSA, and a track record of cross‑functional leadership.

Formación

• Five+ years in industrial security or emergency management.
• Experience leading emergency preparedness initiatives, investigations, or security programs.
• Experience supervising contract or internal personnel.
• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, emergency management, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the designated Facility Security Officer (FSO).
• Maintain MTSA compliance and Coast Guard regulations.
• Develop, maintain, and update the Facility Security Plan.
• Coordinate security assessments, drills, audits, and inspections.
• Lead investigations involving theft, security breaches, and workplace violence.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training and incident reporting programs.
• Prepare budgets and manage contracts for security and preparedness.
