Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Guard Driver Access Control in Memphis, TN. You will protect clients across logistics and distribution sites, manage entry points, verify credentials, and monitor access while upholding our values of agility and integrity.

This full-time, hourly role requires a valid driver’s license and a focus on exceptional customer service, incident deterrence, and secure operations for employees and visitors alike.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel following site policies.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry per site procedures.
• Control access to employee entrances and restricted areas; report unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Regularly patrol the premises to deter incidents and identify security concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization for entry, and maintain access records per site procedures.
• Control access to entrances and restricted areas; report unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond to incidents and alarms, notifying appropriate contacts and responders when required.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter activity and identify security risks.
