Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Drug screening may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to facility personnel, visitors, contractors, and the public while following procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas and perimeter zones.
• Monitor access, verify authorization, and maintain logs and documentation.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and notify site contacts and responders.
• Prepare accurate reports of incidents and patrol activities for leadership.
