Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driver Patrol Surveillance in Memphis, TN. You will be responsible for unarmed patrols, ensuring access control, and delivering excellent customer service to employees and visitors at a manufacturing and industrial site.

This full-time position requires a valid driver’s license and adherence to site procedures, with shifts that include daytime and night-time hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security-related experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, and facility perimeters.
• Verify credentials and monitor access points, document entries and report unauthorized access.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and medical situations per site procedures.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and notify leadership of security concerns.
